11-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
Sir/Mam, I have purchased a land from it's owner in 1995 whose registry has been done at that time but today when I tried to make patta for the purchased land during mutation some of the nominees are denying to the property selling. So now will the land legally belongs to me or the actual owner?

In the year 1995 you have already registered your land ,After that you can file a mutation case .once you have register land in your name then no one can interfere it.Although you have face some problem then you can personally meet me ,I want to line up your sale deed.i don't know what you mention your sale deed untill your sale deed not verify then I can't guide with you.
