Procedure to escape from legal liability if used by other party

06-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
Sir, my property has been illegally possessed by the defendant and from Tishazari court, I got the decree in my favor in the case of the suit for recovery of possession and execution of the said decree is still pending or most propbly i will get possession in oct or nov with the help of the court and the issue is related to the pending electricity bill which is unpaid of Rs. 1, 82, 000/- and the bill was last demanded by the NDPL to defendent in 2013 and afterwards NDPL cut the electricity power supply of the property. Right now the defendant is having the electrcity connection by theft. the connection of the electrcity has been taken by the defendent with the help of the forged documents.which has been proved as the judge who gave the judgemnt clearly mentioned that the defendant having the documents are forged & fabricated.now the query is what step I shoud take so that i should escape from the liability tp pay the dues of the electricity bill.

You shall serve a legal notice to the illegal defendant as of now. Further, as of now, please lodge an FIr for fraud, cheating and criminal breach of trust against the illegal defendant along with a suit for recovery of dues for payment of electricity bill that is due.

Dear querist,

you may file another suit against the same party by relying upon the decreed Order and you may claim the electricity charges from that person as the bill has been raised for the electricity consumed by that party.
