How we can cancel the lease deed of 99 year because which is the land of trust?
As per section 36 of the Indian Trusts Act, a trust property cannot be leased for a term exceeding 21 years from the date of executing the lease except with the permission of a principal Civil Court of original jurisdiction.
Now if you want to get the lease deed cancelled then that is possible only at the instance of both the parties. Try to convince the lessee also to get the lease deed cancelled stating that thesame would be illegal and both the parties would be in trouble. Otherwise you might have to pay compensation cost.
