26-Mar-2023 (In Property Law)
I want to purchase a flat, I do not know anything about Broker/Builder/Owner etc, I do not even know procedure to purchase a flat, Can you tell me what should I cross check before purchasing a flat? What papers I should take from Builder/Owner? How can I know that his papers are valid or fraud? How can I trust to Builder/Owner? How can I know that Builder/owner is fraud or honest? Where should I submit these docs to validate? Requesting you to help me in this? Thanks
U can check builder is approved by govt and have approved plan from planning department of concerned govt and having noc from other department such as municipal, pollution Dept etc. There is no any yardstick to judge honesty.
Hi, you can have to decide firstly where you want to buy flat. Then choose a reputed builder who has the reputation and delivered projects in that are. you have to take allotment letter, all payment receipt, possession letter, registry of flat if old flat.
take a bank loan for the same flat, the bank will clarify whole documents of the flat, if the bank find anything fishy they will not approve your loan. Feel free to contact any further clarification.
