Procedure for the partition of ancestral property

Hi iam manu, this property is owned by my great grandfather in 1961, after his death in 1982 my grandfather has registered this property in 1988. My grandfather has two wife, first wife has two children one is female and other is male, & second wife has one female children. My grandfather married to second wife without any legal divorce to first wife. Now my grandfather has dead this year (2017). How this ancestral property will be divided among this members

Sir, I am sorry, your question is not clear. It is difficult to comprehend and give a legal possibility by the said facts.
Firstly, how many sons and daughters did your Great Grandfather have? What about your Great Grandmother?
2. In 1988, what do you mean by "my grandfather has registered this property in 1988"... what registration did he do or you are referring too?
3. Though the second marriage of your Grandfather during the subsistence of first wife is illegitimate, still they have entitlement acquire from self acquired properties of Husband / Father.
Please clarify, if the property in question has completely fallen to the share of Grandfather which helps us understand the correct possibilities. Please also reply who else are surviving in the lineage of your Grandfather.
