Where will a Thika Tenant under the Act Rules thereunder will a case foreviction on ground of 1. personal requirement room occupied by a Bharatia 2. Non - payment of rent 3.who will fix the rent & How much?
You can file case in Thika Tribunal .
Yes you can file under the grounds you have mentioned.As regarding Bharatiya all the rules of West Bengal premises tenancy act 1997 will apply.

Dear client,
As per the details given by you I would like to say ,suit for eviction of tenant will always be filed before the competent civil court and you cannot ask both the reliefs of eviction and fixation of fair rent. As any fixation of fair rent is done by the Rent controller and eviction is done by Civil Court
