Procedure for change of nominee in property bought on loan

I want to change nominee in property bought on loan. I am currently paying EMI's to bank. Please suggest procedure as how could i do the same.
You can speak to the bank officials regarding the same, they shall tell you that what is the procedure and formalities to take care to change the nominee in your home loan. You can also write an application formally to the bank manager and loan department.
