Precaution to be taken so that no one can do kabazaa of my land

what documentation work or tricks that i can do from before and keep secure my empty plot of land from getting kabzaa by any type of unknown person, builders , local gundas or club in future? Because i am hearing many such cases of doing kabzaa of land by builders and local gundas....so please give way..
As regards your query you may file a complaint in the local Police Station and thereafter seek 144 CRPC from the competent court of your Jurisdiction and also keep the Local Police updates about the happenings if any come to your knowledge. Apart from this you may also publish a legal notice in the newspaper in local language and in English specifying your ownership and warn all the general public not to deal with and/or try to encroach the property in any manner whatsoever.
