power of attorney regarding transfer of ancestral property

05-Sep-2024 (In Property Law)
father expired in nov23 and left us some ancestral and bought out property in sujangarh. A registered power of attorney was made to give right to transfer /manage the property to one member. It is mentioned in POA that the POA holder can transfer the property in his ( POA Holder's ) name also. My question is whether it is valid in law that POA transfer property in his own name as he becomes transferor and transferee both himself ?

Power of Attorney is a legally valid document. Any person can register and verify a power of attorney for his/her purchased property. Power of attorney in respect of ancestral property cannot be registered and verified in the name of any person.
