I want to get a pow from my son who is in usa for registration of property here in india
He will have to notarise the poa and send it here however when the said poa will come to Maharashtra there will be impounding of the documents and again you may be required to pay the necessary stamp duty

You can get apostille done. Send the draft of POA from here. But check the laws. If it’s for sale of property on his behalf, then he will have to remain present here and stamp duty will also have to be paid on such sale. If it’s purchase, then the apostilled document would work.
