Possession receipt in redevelopment

My building is in redevelopment scheme since 5 years, I am getting 2 flats 300 + 300.carpet, which I get from my old 470 carpet area which was in 1 unit. Now 2 months back I have sold my 1 flat with registered agreement. I have given all papers to builder regarding my sold flat including his NOC. Now my question is when mhada demand possession receipt, will it be 2 different possession slip (receipts) or 1 receipt for both flats ??? if it is 2 different then who should sign?? In 1 flat myself and in other new buyer?? or can I demand 2 different receipts from mhada?????

This is my response to you:
1. If there are two flats then you should get two receipts;
2. You can request the MHADA office for the same;
3. You will need to discuss further details of this redevelopment project;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
