Possession Delay Elegant Ville Teczone 4 Greater Noida

Hi,
I booked flat with Elegent Ville in Greater Noida and sypposed to complete by 2018. I already paid 90% amount as floor plan. There is no POC or website of builder. What I am supposed to do here. Planning to file lawsuit.
Please Suggest.

what legal steps you take will be decided as to what is that you want at this stage. you need to decide first if you want refund of your money and have to exit from the project or you want to continue in the project and claim delay interest fr the builder. based on your calling, you can approach RERA or consumer court after tendering a legal notice upon the builder

You can file a complaint case before UPRERA for seeking possession with delay interest. As the project is delayed and if you want refund then you can seek refund with delay interest. UPRERA will order interest @MCLR+1%.
