POA in my name brothers asking for share in the property

I have a small house and it is basically in chawl. This house is my ancestral property and my father is died and my mother is still alive and we are a three brothers. Since 2000 my father made a power of attorney with my name and in 2013 my all brothers is also given me the NOC letter. But now they are claiming for the sharing ratio.I have all the document with my name only like,ration card,BEST electricity bill,water bill and the photo pass got miss place. Now they are going to claim.

If it’s your father's ancestral property then all his legal heirs have a right to get an equal share in the property. They can at any time claim their rights in the property and the NOC would not hold much validity in order to claim your ownership over the property.
