Planning to buy BDA plot is it safe to build a bungalow on it

I am planning to buy BDA plot in Bhopal in Aero city. and then construct a bunglow on it. Is this safe
You have to get in touch with a local lawyer in Bhopal who does title searches (for a small fee) of land/property. Ask him to do a title search and he will let you know of the risks involved, if any.
He can also tell you exectly whether BDA plots can be demolished and constructed. The flat papers would probably have a clause wherein it must be written that flat cannot be destroyed or its nature cannot be changed.
You can also get clarity about the construction by visiting the BDA officials.
