Payment of court-appointed auctioneer's fees how to do that

20-Aug-2023 (In Property Law)
In pursuance of a property dispute, the Court ordered an auction of my property. I have been told that the proceeds of the auction will be distributed to me after the statutory costs are deducted. Does this mean that the auctioneer's fees has been paid by the Court or do I need to pay it separately after receiving my share?

THe court orders where the court has appointed the auctioneer must have mentioned that is it the person/ you have to bear the fees of the auctioneer or is the fees to be adjusted or to be taken care by the court authorities. if its not mentioned then you can clarify it from the court itself.
