Paternal property illegally registered

Sir We are staying in my grandpa property since birth and my one uncle reside separately and after death of my uncle my cousin bro (legalhire) make registration of patta without our knowledge and now force to vacate our land with immediate effect.is it possible to stay order in his registration as we have some objection in dividing process.

you have to send them notice and after that file a civil suit where you can pray for cancellation of registered document and ask injunction order so they can not sell the property to third party.
