Partitions suit and preliminary decree passed by trial court

Preliminary decree pass by trial court in partition suit ,but we appeal order in high court the high court give permanent injunction and said trail court shall not pass final decree in this matter ,can we can file arzi in trail court to quashed the preliminary decree passed by trail court.
You would file first appeal before honble high court and high court would stay in the order of trial court, therefor trial court has no power to proceed the suit, you only filed application before high court, decide your to the high court
