Partition suit on ancestors property, stop receiving rent by oponent

Partition suit in progress, plaintiff cross exam finished, entire property in the name of father's elder brother name as on date, as on 7 apartments has not registered to anyone, but my 2 brother in law enjoying the 4 Apartments rent approximately Rs.45,000 enjoying, registered will clearly written to all having equal rights,presented a false will written by his father,
Now i want share in rent or should be stopped receiving, paying rent money to court till the end of case.
Litigation takes time. No doubt suits take 10 to 15 years to be disposed of. It is always better to resolve disputes amicably within family, it is not possible to resolve then partition suit is the only option. You have to pay court fees and legal fees too. No one can predict out come of litigation.
you can file a suit for partition, mense profit and temporary injunction against the property as well.
