ONE ELDER SISTER THREE YOUNGER BROTHERS, 6 PROPERTIES BELONG TO HIS FATHER NO WILL WRITTEN. 2ND BROTHER FILED PARTITION SUIT 2011 JUDGEMENT CAME TO DIVIDE THE PROPERTY TO FOUR. BUT 2ND AND 3RD BROTHER HIDES IT AND UTILISE REVENUE FROM THAT PROPERTY UP TO NOW BECAUSE SISTER AND 1ST BROTHER IS IN DISTANT PLACE. NOW 1ST BROTHER FILED CASE TO APPOINT COMMISIONER TO DIVIDE IT. INTIALLY SISTER ATTENDED COURT HEARING WITH ADVOCATE SHE ALSO NEEDS SHARE. WHAT REMEDY FOR HER? AGED CANT TRAVEL FREQUENTLY
Since the court has already ordered a partition, your sister has a legal right to her share.
