Partition suit and its effect on movable property

Our father , a Hindu left his house and other movable assets to all his 4 sisters.one sister filed a partition suit against other 3 sisters .i don't want a fight in court as it may take years and i am worried if the case lingers on it may freeze my fathers money . Also a huge amount which we are going to get from Himachal Pradesh government as compensation money for our acquired land would be sealed as well until the partition case case in Agra is concluded as our father is also a beneficiary there . Are they two different things or we might loose all money that he has left.
Pleade mention as to what your query is. However, from the facts disclosed by you, the said property in Himachal Pradesh will be divided equally among all the legal heirs. Also, nothing will be freezed as partition suit does not take that much time.
