Partition of parental land occupied by younger brother

My parents no more,parental house is not partitioned,since I was in the Army about 30 yrs, My father had 2 wives,1 st wife son is mine n a sister,2nd wife (no more)1 brother n 2 sisters, he is occupying the house, when I asked for my share, whole family creating drama, attempting suicide or volunteerly injuring themselves n threatening to file attempt to murder case, they never allow to interfere sisters n common peoples, I wish to solve amicably without making any Law n order issue or file any case in the court as it takes long time moreover I am a heart patient .Please advice ur honour

If the property is a self acquired property of your father then all the legal heir will have a equal right on the property. The property will be divided among all the children equally. You can claim for your share. If your brother does not give you your share then you can file a partition suit and get the property divided equally among all the legal heirs.
