A agreement reached between myself and other 3 brothers in 1976 agreeing to release my right on receipt of Rs.40000 A part amount Rs.33000 was paid to me in 1977 On the promise to give balance of Rs.7000 and 14 sovereigns jewels a release deed was executed by me putting my signature in 1979.Since the balance was not settled by other brothers the registration not done.
