Parking vehicle in front of my gate.

Dear sir, one person is parking the vehicle in front of my gate after request he will remove and again park the vehicle stating that its government vehicle ( Excise office ) and i can park. Please help me to take my vehicle as its very difficult to take out the vehicle.

I suggest you to intimate the Jurisdictional Traffic Police Station by giving a written complaint. The traffic police will take action by way of warning/toeing his vehicle in case of repeated parking of car in Non-Parking place..ie. in front of your house gate.

If he is not cooperating despite repeated oral requests, you can approach the jurisdictional police station and file a complaint for 'nuisance'. You can also file a written complaint with the details.
