Parking Problem Socity Person Doing Dunda Giri

Where leave there is allowed parking given even though one person parking his car in passage and blocking my parking after it is difficult to move my vechical. I request that person many time but he frightened me that he have gunda and in police also they have friends so it is better to not mash with me . Our society member are also not taken interest but for me to keep vechical in my parking is headech. He also frightened me if you mash you will be in trouble. Kindly suggest legal action to be taken .
