In several neighbourhoods, the Corporation has created conservatory, easements etc. for the convenience of the residents. You will need to find out the nature of path that you are parking your car at. If you visit the local ward office/ BBMP/ BDA/ Local authority office, they will have the neighbourhood town plans and in that you can see what is the nature of the path. If it is a public path, then you can use it to park your car, barring any restrictions by the Authorities (such as no-parking zones). If it is a private path created for the residents at the back, then there might be restricted access for you. Sometimes, there are houses at the back with no access through a main road or cross road, in that case, a special path is created by the authorities for these residents to travel in and out. This is sometimes called an easement. An easement works like a public path with restrictions. Please visit the BBMP/ BDA/ local authority office for more information. Once you have more information, you can explore the possibility of sending legal notices, approaching the courts or filing a complaint, if required.
