parking allowed by the builder to the landlord in a different wing

I Have taken possession in Oct-17,and society handover is in next month, Project is A,B,C Wing But society is for only B &C and A wing is completely different but builder allotted parking space to A Wing person (He is land owner) in the ground parking area of under the B & C Wing. Can builder allot the parking in society area? Can builder allot parking without society intimation? What we can do legally if such kind of incident happen?
If the Society is formed and the Conveyance is granted, builder has no right to allot parking space to anyone who is not a member of the Society. But you need to check what your Flat Purchase agreement mentions.
