Sir can I file a case on behalf of. Photocopies because original documents are in England. ... In Indian all investigation is complete and result is they are fraud bt SSP do ni file case against them reason is not original papers here plz tell us sir wht I do
Yess Sir, definitely you can proceed with the copies of the documents, but provided you are able to prove the documents to be true, there should be reasonable connection of the documents with the facts that you want to bring into knowledge of police or the court. And please also tell if there are chances of the documents to reach to India on a later stage?. even otherwise you can proceed with the case before the police. In case the police does not supports you then you can approach the court with the same complaint, for actions on it. I hope you can get justice from the court, thereafter.
