Older brother not cooperating in ancestral property mutation , he has all property documents with him and not giving any relevant documents to the younger brother , has taken over the house and everything along with it. Older brother has stopped younger brother from entering the home and not giving any kind of access to it since few years or at all since parents death, he has kept all the official documents to himself. Younger brother stays in Mumbai. Younger brothers requests of mutation

This is the issue of succession act but you have to mention whether you are Hindu or Muslim because the succession act is different for different religion in India moreover if your brother is holding all your documents you need to file and police complaint application and convince the police the injury happening to you and the police will file an FII for the theft of the document and illegal position of the document moreover there are documents which can be fetched through the respective department For example if the document is registered with sub registrar office you can fetch that document with the registrar of office by certified copy and rest documents you can file police complaint for those documents I f your brother is not allowing you to enter into the inner property you need to file a appropriate petition for specific performance act under section 34 and 35 And you also have to file partition suit
