Old grandmother fighting case against son long dates given what to do

My granny is fighting a property case against son. Is it giving long dates of 3 months. My granny is 85 years old. Can we do anything quickly to get faster dates? What can we do? What consequences if we sell the property?
You can request the court that regarding the age of the old lady to give shorter dates. When the property is in dispute you cannot sell the property.
