Occupant of land is not owner he is farming it since 18 years

I am the owner of the property by government record and someone near me is farming that land since more than 12 years it is in my knowledge also but I have not claimed it yet so came he register that land legally

Sare document sahi hai aur aapane old khasre nikalwae Hain main aapka swamitva spasht Hota Hai mauke per aapki Jo Jameen hai per kabij hai Krishi Karya kar rahe hain yadi Koi Pareshan Karta ya kabja karta hai to aap samast document Lekar file kar sakte hain jo bhi Rahat Ho vah Le sakte hain
