Not received the possession of flat since last 10 years and now the construction is sealed by RERA and want to stop housing loan EMI
If the construction is sealed by RERA and possession is delayed for 10+ years, you can file a RERA complaint for a refund with interest or compensation. You may also approach the Consumer Forum. To stop EMIs, you can request a moratorium from the bank or file a case citing deficiency of service by the builder.
