If the society does not follow 79a rules
Firstly you need to send notice to the society and to the proposed builder if assigned
And if they further don’t take any concrete action on the same
You need to file application to the following aurhorities with proper details and evidence
For evidence primarily you need to file RTI
You need to follow the online procedures for filing complaints on the respective site
And then you have to report to
Registrar of cooperative society
Then
District deputy Registrar
Also remember that you have to cc to the local police station as well with correct facts witness and evidence
