 meri three sister or ek bhai h, perents nhi h, Family me sbse chota me hi Hu, family k sbi decision bda bhai hi leta Tha, jo humari property thi wo bhai ne bech k dusri jagha property purchase ki apne khud k naam pr, jo ki humari agriculture land thi or sb k naam pr thi, ab kuch saal phle bhai bi expire ho gya or bhabi ne Mera share mere ko Dene se mna kr Diya, iske liye me kuch kr skta Hu kya. Or bhai ki wife ghr me bi mere ko ni rhne deti jo humare perents k naam h. Wo police ki dhamki deti.

If it's an ancestral property then you can file a civil suit for partition as well as temporary injunction against your family members. You have the right over the property your parents left behind being the legal heir. Your sister in law cannot stop you from entering the premises as well. You have legal remedies with you
