Non registered agreement to sell

In a non registered agreement to sell, in case the seller dies, and the legal heirs are not wanting to continue with the deal , what is the status of that agreement.

Respected sir/madam, If you wish to complete transaction of sale with legal heirs of seller then 1st you have to send them notice for specific performance of sale transaction. if they are not ready then you have to file suit in court for specific performs under contract act.

This is my response to you: 1. Firstly send them a legal notice; 2. If they do not come forward then file a suit for specific performance; 3. This will bring them to come on record and enter into an agreement; 4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.
