Non Execution of RERA Order and Delay in RERA Hearing Since 1 Year

I won RERA case against my builder in Aug 2019.
As builder delayed possession, we wanted to exit from the project.
Builder Failed to "Execute The Order" In the time given by RERA
We filed "Non Execution of Order" in RERA itself.
Builder filed an Appeal in RERA High Court against Order on Flat buyer (i.e me )
RERA Hearing was supposed to be on March 2020, asked builder to strongly inform the court why their order was not executed,but Due to corona thing it dint happen.
Now its almost 1.3 year since our last earning, builder nor RERA no hearing in our case.
Even though we got judgement favouring us in Aug 2019, now its Jan 2021, still no luck for us and all our money is struck with no possession nor refund.
Please Advise, what to do now?
