Nomination. not done in flat

Hi my mother didn't do nomination in her flat in mumbai.my father and mother have passed.my sister and i have asked society for transfer but they are asking for succession certificate ehich is very tough and expensive process.what are tge other alternatives i have?i made idemnity bomd but they are not accepting?can bmc of mumbai give me any other document for claim of flat?
Dear queriest as per your query you have mentioned that your parents died intestate, and therefore the society members are not transfering the flat in your both names, yes they are true you need to obtain succussion certificate from the Hon'ble court and submit to society then only the flat will be transferred to your both names, and BMC has no right to do so. for more information about the same kindly contact me.
