Nomination for a jointly owned flat

09-Aug-2024 (In Property Law)
In case of joint ownership (more than 1 owner) of a residential property/flat, all the co-owners can file the nomination forms for their respective shares in the property. Can the CHS refuse to accept the nomination forms of co-owners in case of joint ownership of a flat? Which CHS by-laws are related to nomination?

Each owner can provide for nomination in the form pursuant to the relevant laws as applicable irrespective of joint or single ownership in the flat. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.
