No possession from 1993-98 society demanding maintenance what to do

I got my flat in Mhada's lottery system in 1993 at5lac cost.. I was unable to pay 5 lac at tat time I paid 2 lac So i was not given possesion of flat I was charged fine for remaing amount And all amout due was cleared in 1998 I got possesion of my property in 1998 with keys From my society The question is that my society is demanding maintainance since 1993-1998 with 21% interest The duration in which i had no possesion over my flat... The case is in front of Registrar Also My electricity meter was removed due to non payment of bill. when i paid the bill the reliance

BEING A MEMBER....HE MUST HAVE TO PAY ALL DUES INCURRED BY SOCIETY. THERE IS BYE LAWS UNDER WHICH EVERY
MEMBER HAVE RIGHT TO RESIDE AND SHARE THEIR MAINTENANCE TO SOCIETY
THE MEMBER MUST HAVE PASS RESOLUTION IN ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ABOUT THE ARREARS OF
MEMBERS.

u demanding bye laws of societies and resolution for maintenance charges against u. for non payment
in case no resolution passed by society . u directly lodge criminal complaint for harassment.
otherwise...
u have issued legal notice to the society.
u wait for reply.
reply or no reply
and therafter
file dispute u/s 91 of Maharashtra cooperative societies act.
for declaration for no maintenance due against u till yet. .....
