neighbour had blocked gram panchayat constructed concrete road.

since 2 years our neighbors were trying to block the road to my house with obstacles.
recently grampanchayat made the complete road with concrete material thereafter neighbours built a wall of concrete blocks just before our road area starts . i had given written application regarding this matter to gram panchayat block division officer,tahsildar but no action were taken .what should i do please guide me.
File a private criminal case in court if the police and government officials are not supporting. u can vice versa also file a writ petition in high court and ask for reliefs. provided u have approached and utilised ever other remedies available to you.
