Obtained patta on 19/06/2002
Obtained plan sanction from panchayat on 13/08/2002
Obtained legal opinion from bank lawyer, got loan from IOB and completed the house construction in 2003
In this situation, last week (Jan 2020) my neighbor reached out to me and saying "1.5 ft of his plot in my boundary." [FYI - He decided to sell his home, and had his surveyor measure the dimensions, post which this issue has come up]"
