Neighbors transferred our property to their name, how to claim it back

My family stay for past 20years in a property .and my nebhiours made the property to their name .but i dnt have any documents of the property.the only think i have, is my house on that property and we pay house tax for panchayat.so hw i will get my property on my family name ?as the property is belong to comuniade area.
Firstly it is not clear as to in what capacity your family has been staying in the said property for last 20 years. Also it is not mentioned by you on what basis the neighbor has got property in his name i.e whether he has purchased it? or are you referring to only change in form I & XIV. based on the facts provided by you, in my opinion you would have to challenge the document by which the neighbor has transferred the property in his name and also you may have to file appropriate application before the Communidade to get the property in your family's name
