Neighbors occupying my agricultural land. How can I get it back?

Hi Sir I wanna ask you that my neighbors have grabbed a piece of my agricultural land situated at the back of my house and now they are just increasing its area by grabbing some more land after every six or seven months. And when we try to stop them they become furious and become ready for fight. When we tried to fence the whole agricultural land they didn't allow us. So finally my question is what I must do to get my entire land back from them?. Hoping for favourable responses. Thanking you.
If it is recorded agriculture land in your name then you can file a regular suit against person who are taking possession over the land in dispute for permanent injuction . You can also approach to administrative athourity.

You are suggested to file a suit in the Civil court with all the required documents, also bring the said issue into the knowledge of the nearest police station. However most appropriate step at this time will be filing of an injunction suit in the civil court.
