Neighbor not constructing there own boundary wall what can we do

Hi Sir / Madam, There is an outer wall, which was not supposed as common wall for both houses and belongs to us because we constructed it earlier. Now, as per opponent they were not ready to pay for it then after one sitting we bought that complete wall acc. to today's rate by giving INR 35000/- with written agreement that from now they have no right on that outer wall and they will construct their own new wall for their house. After settlement, they constructed stairs in our and still not constructing their own wall. Several reminders given to them but no response. Pl Suggest.
finally at last there is solution according to the law because regarding that you have to approach court and then you will be able to get the relief because till then there is no other way thus kindly provide rest of details thank you
