Neighbor Land Boundary Dispute

26-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
I have an agricultural land. Some builders bought about 60 acres land and converted land from green belt to yellow belt and developing residential plots. Since I haven't agreed to sell my land they have fixed the boundaries and blocked the way to my land deliberately. Can I fight for the way legally?

Yes. You have right called easementary right which includes right to way, water, air etc. You can send a notice to settle the matter amicably but if the builder does not respond then file a suit for easementary right.
