Village me ek jagah mere paas 4000 square feet zamin hai. Aaj se 7 saal pehle mere jamin ke aagey kisi dusrey ka jamin tha jisper se 5 saal pehle sarkaari road nikal nikal gaya but us aadmi ke jamin ka 320 square feet part bach gaya jo road banney ke baad road ke kinaare pr gaya. 1 saal pehle koi prem us aadmi se wo 320 square feet ka jamin kharid liya aur ab prem kumar mere jamin me jaaney ka raasta rok raha hai aur saste me jamin bechne ka dabaaw banaa raha hai. Jabki hm wnhaa ghar banaana chaahte hai but jaane ka raasta na honey ke kaaran muskil hai. Hmy kya kerna chaahiye.
Claim declaratory title rights on passage. Inform Municipal Corporation that road blockage is in violation.
