Need to know the process to use a garage in commercial purpose

20-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
Sir/Madam, With my flat, I have covered independent garage. Both are in same deed. I want to sell my flat only and want to keep the garage with me. And in future I want to start any business (may be any shop or small computer center). Can I do that? What is the procedure for this?

Yes, you can absolutely do that and sell the flat without the garage. You don't need to take any different steps. However, at the time of selling the flat, be clear to mention that the garage is not a part of the conveyance. Contact me for further clarification.
