Hi sir mre dada g ki self aquire property h unke dono beto ki b death ho gi h dada g n wasiyat mre nam ki h mri chachi usko tudvane ki ya challenge krne ki try krri h please give me some advice
to challenge or file any suit in court is everbodys right and your aunt have also that right , you have to defend that right if case if file and represent your side. however your dada ji was free to make will to any body as it was her self aquired property . try to do mutation soon after death of dada g in your favour befoe your aunt get any stay from the court.
