Mere Dada ji ki 2 wife he ,Mere Dadaji ne Apne first Wife ke bete yani mere papa ko ek khali Plot die thha jisme 1st wife ke Sare bete yani mere chacha ne Signeture kie thhe,Lekin jisme hamara ghar he oh plot mere dadaji ne apni 2nd wife ke bete ke nam kardia or usme koi or beteo ne Signeture nehni kie thhe,Jabki oh ghar mere papa ne banwaye thhe or mere papa ki ab death hochuka he,So kya ham us ghar se koi share pa sakte he?
Yes aap us property se share pa sakte ho.because wo aap ke Papa ke property tha usme bacho Ki aur wife Ki share hai.aap civil court main ek partition suit file karo court aap logo ko aapka jitna hisa banta hai wo aapko order karega.
