Need help to get refund of property cancellations

Need help to get refund of property cancellations from VMC Developers..Vision Email corporation.
Good Morning,
For getting refund from builder you have to send notice to them.
If you have entered agreement with them then you have to cancel that agreement also.
If after sending notice builder not ready for refund then you have to approach rera authority.
