If uncle property was inherited that is ancestral than grandmother will get share. But if uncle's property is his separate property than grandmother will not get share. . Your grandmother can make will or gift certificate for her share as she likes. if she dies without making will than hindu succession rules will apply and property will be equally distributed between your father and you ( as you are her grandchild).
